This video shows the most effective method of moving off at an angle.
DON’T signal and move out regardless.
DON’T sit with the signal showing when you can’t move out safely.

Overtaking is one of the most risky manoeuvres on our roads, but it doesn’t have to be so. The secret of safe overtaking is to visualise in advance every detail of what might happen during the operation.

Before overtaking you should make sure:-
*The road is sufficiently clear ahead
the vehicle behind is not beginning to overtake you
*There is a suitable gap in front of the vehicle you plan to overtake.

A general update on my life:
i didn’t sleep at all that night
i went to school, and this bored the hell out of me
I hurried to the gym and worked out with two friends of mine
My FIRST EVER driving lesson was cool. It was ok and I was surprised how well it went.
Then I went to buy a Sony cam and was happy, I tried it out and wanted to upload it here but it DIDN’T WORK. GRrrr. I hate that stupid guy that sold me that cam… well we’ll see.
